The Wellington Inn Accommodation and Restaurant is a family run business, situated in the beautiful town of New Quay and only ten metres from the  Dolau beach.


The Hotels rooms and Restaurants window tables all look out across Cardigan bay, with superb views of the Ceredigion coastline, our resident pod of bottlenosed dolphins, and in the distance the mountains of North Wales.

Our Hotels accommodation is run on a Bed and Breakfast basis that comprises of three luxury suite which are spacious, very well furnished and maintained in a very high standard.

All residents have exclusive use of our private balcony and the hotels accommodation is accessed from here.

Views from here look straight across Cardigan bay and the famous New Quay pier, which has been featured in the box office hit "edge of love" a feature film starring Keira Knightly, Sienna Mill
er and Matthew Rhys.



This is the best place to view the dolphins from and absorb the beauty of the Ceredigion serenity.


In the evening downstairs, our restaurant will be serving some of the best cuisine available in the area which includes our superb welsh steaks, several welsh lamb dishes which includes lamb Ceredigion, and also an extensive range of fish dishes including  New Quay grey mullet.


Telephone reservations are taken for accommodation and dining, tables in the windows are the most popular, affording views of the Ceredigion Coastline, and the natural beauty of Wales.

The window tables are then used in the mornings for bed and breakfast residents to enjoy the same.

New Quay became popular as a seaside town in the Victorian times and still draws families and couples to the blue flag beaches and the stunning coastal walks throughout Ceredigion.
